The art of textile printing is highlighted at Inspiramais with the +Prints Project. Under the coordination of designer and consultant Lucius Vilar, design studios from all over Brazil are invited to develop this project, where elements of the Brazilian culture are decoded for the creation of new prints and presentation of new applications. By using the concept based on the research and the color palette for the season in question, the Brazilian originality must be incorporated into the prints as a way to minimize the culture of the copy and reduce the purchase of international prints by clothing companies. Innovation is one of the key characteristics and ensures that the products created cannot be so easily copied or reproduced by competitors. For this reason, it is the distinguishing feature of the project, which presents unique prints.
A project carried out by: Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association (Abit) and Brazilian Association of Companies of Components for Leather, Footwear and Manufactured Goods (Assintecal).
