Emmanuelle Tonani is a designer with 18 years of national and international experience, who dedicates herself to creating products from their concept to their production. A graduate and postgraduate in Fashion Design from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), she specialized in footwear design. She served as coordinator of the Footwear Design Center of the National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI) in Jaķ, state of S„o Paulo, where she designed and developed research, trend books, and collections, in addition to giving talks and teaching courses. In 2007 Emmanuelle received a proposal to work for a strong retail group in Thailand, where she worked for nearly a decade creating collections, participating in major global trade shows and working in collaboration with companies in southeastern Asia, thus acquiring extensive experience in buying, developing and sourcing raw materials and finished products. Back in Brazil, she currently runs her own footwear design consulting company and works as a consultant for Assintecalís Design Center, where she develops innovative raw materials for Brazilian components industries.
